Abandoned and Occupied Reset Program

For multifamily, government housing and housing authority. When a unit is abandoned, we can inspect, assess, and reset the unit.

This will consist of removing and discarding all items in the unit including non-usable, and pest infested furniture and appliances. We will then treat the unit for bedbugs and roaches. Making the unit available for staff to enter and prepare for the next tenant.

Units that are occupied but overcrowded due to hoarding or other issues with the approval of the tenant can be reset.

Will provide bags for the tenant to place items they want to keep. We will then remove and discard all debris, and infested furniture and appliances, helping to make the unit safe and livable again.
