We offer Reset Services for multifamily properties, government housing, and housing authorities, ensuring units are restored to a safe and habitable condition. Our services include abandoned unit resets, occupied unit resets, and biohazard cleanups in high-risk environments.

Abandoned Unit Reset Services (for units left abandoned by the former resident(s) or cases where the tenant is deceased)

  • ✔ Sanitation Pest Safety Compliance Inspection (SPSCI) – Evaluate the unit and determine necessary actions.

  • ✔ Removal & Disposal – Discard all items and debris, including non-usable, pest-infested furniture and appliances.

  • ✔ Safety & Livability – Restoring the unit to compliance to make it available for staff to enter and prepare for the next tenant.

  • ✔ Vacuuming - Sweep up any debris and vacuum up any loose items and dead pests such as roach eggs, bed bugs.

  • ✔ Pest Treatment – Thorough Bedbug and Roach Treatment to eliminate infestations.

⚠ Due to the increased health and safety risks, additional charges apply for units requiring hazard mitigation, PPE, decontamination, and extended service time.

Occupied Unit Reset Services (for occupied units with excessive clutter, hoarding, or other issues)

  • ✔ Sanitation Pest Safety Compliance Inspection (SPSCI) – Evaluate the unit and determine necessary actions.

  • ✔ Bagging Assistance – Provide bags for tenants to keep their personal belongings.

  • ✔ Debris & Infested Item Removal – Remove and discard all debris, pest-infested furniture, and appliances.

  • ✔ Safety & Livability – Help restore a safe and functional living space for the tenant.

  • ✔ Vacuuming - Sweep up any debris and vacuum up any loose items and dead pests such as roach eggs, bed bugs.

  • ✔ Pest Treatment – Thorough Bedbug and Roach Treatment to eliminate infestations.

Results may vary depending on the conditions of the room and tenant cooperation.

Biohazard Cleanup Services

We offer Biohazard Cleanup Services for units containing bloodborne pathogens, bodily fluids, feces, and other hazardous materials. Our team follows OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) to ensure safe removal, disinfection, and decontamination of affected areas.

Scope of Work & Biohazard Disclosure

We provide professional pest control, cleaning and reset services in high-risk environments where technicians may be exposed to biohazards and hazardous materials, including:

  • ✔ Airborne pathogens (e.g., Tuberculosis (TB), HIV, HBV, Hepatitis C, COVID-19, mold).

  • ✔ Bodily fluids & biological contaminants (blood, feces, urine, vomit, human tissue).

  • ✔ Illegal substances & drug paraphernalia (e.g., hypodermic needles, drug residue).
