My Professional background includes 12 years in customer service and office experience, I have handled customer relations for high profile accounts in multiple industries as well as Dispatching and Project Coordination. My focus has always been in satisfying the customer. The values of Rumble Fish Pest Control are the same ones I encompass, to work hard in bringing quality service to our customers while keeping their satisfaction our priority.

My interests include studying scriptures, traveling, history, meeting new people, record collecting and antique shopping! 

I have gained Pest control experience since 2002 by working for several different pest control companies. Rumble Fish Pest Control was started in 2014 and with the help of my beautiful, Industrious wife and my committed business partner, we have managed to provide a positive company culture. We not only value our customers but also value the contributions of each and every member of the Rumble Fish Team. Our Company motto is: “ It’s People that make People Happy.”

I’m very blessed to be part of the Rumble Fish Family since the beginning. I’m very industrious and I have a very strong work ethic in every bone in my body. I never thought that I would enjoy working in the pest control industry since, bugs and I don’t get along lol

My introduction into the Pest Control world was back in 2013 when I started as a Pest Control Applicator Technician. What I really enjoyed about being a technician was helping each customer feel safe in their home. One of the things that I disliked was getting chased by dogs, I guess all that running kept me in shape lol

I’ve also learned in life that in order to be a good Chief you must be a good Indian. Now I’m the Office Manager and I completely understand both sides of the fence.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, running, working out, playing Monopoly and watching the Investigation Discovery Channel.

Hello my name is Hector and I have been working with rumble pest control for 5 months. Working for this company has been amazing and there is always new things to learn. My background is in customer service and helping out the community is one thing I love to do. If I’m not busy working then I’m usually at home playing video games or exercising. 

I’ve always wanted to help people and make a difference I got into pest control about six years ago and it became more than just a job when I realized how this industry affects and helps people where they live every day.

What I love about the experience working in Rumble Fish Pest Control is the dynamics of problem solving with integrity and working in a team setting.

On my personal time, I enjoy reading to learn as much as I can (psychology, spirituality, history, entrepreneurship) appreciating the craftsmanship of whiskey, mixed martial arts, hiking/backpacking, and playing guitar.

However, when I can enjoy any of these with my significant other, our puppy Pink, my family or my work family and friends that’s where I find my joy magnified.

I joined Rumble Fish Pest Control in 2020. I have 4 years of office experience and customer service. My goals have always been in any company big or small, to always give my best and grow in every way possible. I consider myself a very responsible and energetic person. I value all the hard work that Rumble Fish has acquired during their years in business. We will definitely continue to grow and make Rumble Fish customers our top priority, providing them with quality service.
